It was a pleasure working with you. You listened to our needs and made suggestions. Since we entertain on the patio, you gave us several alternatives for the space. The recommendations fit our needs but some went further such as increasing our entertaining flexibility by installing plumbing in the patio area. The idea of using the same "stamped" concrete for the patio and driveway giving us more room to entertain was another great idea. We really appreciate how your ideas enhanced our limited space.

The job was more than a landscape since we had to re-pipe the house and replace the driveway and patio. You walked us through each step and coordinated the plumbing. Despite some interference by the rain, you completed the job on time. I really appreciated knowing that when you said something was to be done, it was completed. This was true from our first discussions all the way through the job. You returned our phone calls and kept us informed of the progress. Also, without direction but within the budget you corrected an existing drainage problem and added a fence. This attention to detail separates a good job from an great job.

Some special features deserve mention. The "stamped" concrete for the driveway and patio looks great and has received many positive comments from our friends and neighbors. They even think it is brick! The lighting with separate front and back controls since we don't need the back everyday was another great idea.

Our yard now receives many positive comments. This is quite a switch from the weeds last year. Vito, thanks for all the work. We are already enjoying beautiful job and look forward to many years with continued enjoyment.

Vito Racanelli, "Roco's Gardening", has been my landscaping contractor for several years.

I am a general contractor and have used Vito exclusively for all my jobs, which include new construction and remodels. He has always preformed his jobs with superior workmanship, as well as quality materials and quality plants and trees. Most of my homes that Vito has landscaped were spec houses in the price range of one and a half million upward, which meant to me, that the landscape was very important to me since it was the first thing perspective buyers see.

Our company owns and manages shopping centers and apartments. For over three years we have used Rocco's Gardening for landscape maintenance, new landscaping and fencing.

Roco's Gardening is the company we used for our newly remodeled Kirkwood Plaza shopping center in Campbell. They installed all new sprinkler systems, landscaping and currently maintain the center.
